While all our packages are tailor-made to suit the athlete or client who has purchased them, we understand that some people prefer to train independently with minimal interference. This is where our Bronze Package has you covered.

Simply tell us your goal, and we will create a plan to help you achieve it.
8 to 12 week plans are available upon request to meet your specific needs and requirements.
We’ll be there in the background if you need any help or advice. To get started, all we need is your current fitness level and details of recent races or parkruns.

Step up your game with our Silver package, a comprehensive program that takes your experience and fitness level into account. You'll receive a personalised 4-week plan that leverages data from top fitness devices like Strava, Garmin, and Polar Flow. What sets us apart is our dedication to your progress, including two-weekly Facetime or phone conversations to fine-tune your training methods and address any concerns. Your success is our priority, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Elite Performance and Support

Experience the pinnacle of online coaching with our Gold package, where excellence knows no bounds. You'll receive a meticulously crafted 4-week plan that considers your experience and fitness level, complemented by comprehensive feedback data from Strava, Garmin, and Polar Flow. With one to one weekly Facetime or phone consultations, we'll ensure your training regimen is finely tuned for optimal results. But that's not all – we're just a message away whenever you need us, offering support and guidance as needed. We keep you motivated and on track with weekly updates via text, email, or direct message, ensuring you stay committed and reach your goals.

In July, I started my “Peak Your Run” training plan and loved it—weekly sessions that were easy to follow and personalized based on my planned races, my love of parkrun, previous performances, and most importantly, my goal: the sub-3:30 marathon. Not only that, I had two coaches providing support, encouragement, and expertise, which was invaluable during the summer months of training.

 

I successfully completed my marathon in 3 hours and 28 minutes, and the best part—it felt comfortable every mile. Not bad, considering I ran the Sydney Marathon two weeks prior and a half marathon the week before, gaining another PB and reducing my previous course time by 3 minutes. I felt strong physically and mentally at all three races—my dream came true, thanks to Paul and Kris!
